This jar is part of the iconic Fido collection, which includes several sizes perfect for storing and serving food.
Thanks to the new cylindrical shape, it is also ideal for freezing and for all the other uses we know for the Fido line: contain preserves and dry food, furnish the house, contain small items and make an original gift.
Suitable for domestic vacuum storage through pasteurization and for double boiler cooking. The pots are not suitable for pot-cooking in microwave.
Some formats, especially large ones, are ideal also for fermentation while the small capacities are suitable for serving and storing original desserts and finger food.
It is recommended to remove the metal ring and gasket before storing the glasses in the dishwasher and microwave. Wash the seal by hand without detergents. Do not put the seal in contact with 100% fat food.
